When you sign up, we collect your name, email, phone number, and business details. As you use ZiStock, we store the inventory, sales, and staff data you enter to operate your business.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to provide the service, communicate with you about your account and subscription, and improve ZiStock. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

3. Where It's Stored

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure, with access restricted to your own business account.

4. Payment Information

Mobile Money payment confirmations are currently reviewed manually. We do not store your Mobile Money PIN or full account credentials — only the transaction reference you provide.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your access; some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

6. Cookies

ZiStock uses minimal local storage for session functionality (keeping you signed in). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
